OSDRI’s Pro-bono Legal Assistance for Warriors (LAW) program provides representation to eligible Rhode Island veterans in a variety of areas.
OSDRI’s pro-bono Legal Assistance for Warriors (LAW) program provides (a) legal services related to housing, including: eviction defense and representation in landlord-tenant cases; (b) legal services related to misdemeanor criminal defense, including matters such as outstanding warrants, fines, expungements or sealing of criminal records c) traffic tribunal matters including Refusal to Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and other offenses which may result in suspension or revocation of operators license.
