CAPTAIN, USAF (FMR.)

Mr. Wallin serves as the full-time Executive Director and General Counsel for Operation Stand Down Rhode Island, Inc. A native Rhode Islander, after graduating from Roger Williams University School of Law in 1997, Mr. Wallin joined the United States Air Force and served as a Captain in the Department of the Judge Advocate General. He returned to Rhode Island and was appointed a Special Assistant Attorney General in the Rhode Island Department of Attorney General. Subsequently he opened his own law practice and also served on the Board of Directors of OSDRI. He assumed his current position with OSDRI in 2011. Mr. Wallin is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island. In 2010 he was sworn in as a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court.

Dee DeQuattro serves as the Director of Development and Veteran Legal Services. Ms. DeQuattro earned a B.A. in Communications and Political Science from Roger Williams University; an M.A. from Providence College; and a J.D. from the University of Massachusetts Law School in Dartmouth. She is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in the handling of disability claims. In addition to her responsibilities at OSDRI, Ms. DeQuattro is a Captain in the Rhode Island Army National Guard assigned to the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. In 2016, Ms. DeQuattro founded the Boots on the Ground For Heroes Memorial and serves as the president of its board of directors.

Prior to joining OSDRI full-time, Ms. DeQuattro had a career in Rhode Island media spanning print, digital, radio and television. Her work earned the 2012 Associated Press Award: Best Website; and, 2009 and 2010 Associated Press Award – Best Talk Show.

Ms. Wildenhain is the Managing Attorney for the Disability Division at Operation Stand Down Rhode Island. Ms. Wildenhain graduated from Roger Williams University in 2010 with a B.A. in Legal Studies and Clinical Psychology, as well as a minor concentration in Philosophy. Ms. Wildenhain went on to attend Roger Williams University School of Law, where she graduated with a J.D. in 2013. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Federal District of Massachusetts, and before the Administration for Veterans Affairs. She is an active member of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA).

Ms. Wildenhain assumed her current position with OSDRI in 2019. Prior to joining OSDRI, Ms. Wildenhain was the managing attorney for the VA division at Rob Levine & Associates, where she established a division dedicated to helping veterans in their pursuit of disability compensation through the VA for injuries sustained during military service. She is the granddaughter of two Korean War Era Veterans, and her brother is a Chemical Biology and Radiology Nuclear Specialist for the Massachusetts Army National Guard.

Ms. Marcou is an attorney in Operation Stand Down Rhode Island’s VA Disability Claims Unit. Ms. Marcou graduated from Rhode Island College in 2011 with a B.A. in Political Science. Ms. Marcou went on to attend Roger Williams University School of Law, where she graduated with a J.D. in 2016. She is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, the Federal District of Rhode Island, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and before the Administration for Veterans Affairs. She is an active member of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA).

Ms. Marcou assumed her current position with OSDRI in 2021. Prior to joining OSDRI, Ms. Marcou was a civil litigation attorney in Rhode Island focusing on various aspects of personal injury and property damage litigation. She is the daughter of a Vietnam Era Veteran.

Lt Commander U.S. Navy Reserve

Attorney Dorry works in the Legal Department of Operation Stand Down Rhode Island providing legal assistance to veterans in a wide array of matters. Attorney Dorry joined the U.S. Navy immediately after graduating high school and served six years as an Electronics Technician. He earned his sea legs on the USS Moosbrugger (DD-980) and deployed twice in 1996 and 1998. Attorney Dorry subsequently earned a B.A in History from Rhode Island College and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. After law school Attorney Dorry reaffiliated with the Navy and is currently a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Attorney Dorry deployed to Iraq in 2016-2017 with a special operations Joint Task Force in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Prior to joining Operation Stand Down Rhode Island, Attorney Dorry was an attorney in private practice specializing in real estate, regulatory compliance and creditor’s rights. He is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars.

Tara Adams serves as the Evidence Coordinator in the legal department at OSDRI, demonstrating her commitment to helping veterans navigate complex legal processes. Tara is working toward becoming an Accredited Claims Advocate through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. This certification will enable her to provide even greater assistance to veterans seeking compensation for their service-related injuries. Tara’s dedication to her profession is further exemplified by her pursuit of an associates degree in Paralegal Studies at Roger Williams University in Bristol Rhode Island. Through this program, she is expanding her legal knowledge and skills, positioning herself for future success in the legal field. With her expertise, dedication, and passion for helping others, Tara Adams is a valuable asset to Operation Stand Down Rhode Island and the legal community as a whole.

Callista “Callie” Koelling brings a unique blend of military service, legal expertise, and compassionate advocacy to her role as a Legal Administrative Assistant. She has successfully completed a 31-credit ABA-approved paralegal certificate program at Roger Williams University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Her academic credentials are further complemented by over eight years of federal service, including a seven-year tenure on active duty as an Army officer. Callie also has a Bachelor’s in Spanish from Dickinson College.

Her recent work history as a Consular Assistant at the U.S. Department of State equipped her with invaluable skills in international communication and meticulous organization. Here, she coordinated DNA collections for over 1,400 applicants annually and liaised with global DNA testing facilities. These experiences, along with her challenging journey of filing her own VA disability claim while abroad, have fostered an unparalleled empathy for veterans navigating the complexities of VA claims and services. Eager to rejoin the workforce after taking time to care for her children, Callie is keen to apply her multifaceted skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of veterans.
