OSDRI is proud to present the 10th Anniversary Boots of the Boots on the Ground for Heroes Memorial. In recognition of this milestone and in honor of our fallen heroes, we are hosting a commemorative 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, May 23rd, at Fort Adams.
A memorial presenting more than 7,000 combat boots adorned with flags and placards. Each boot represents a U.S. service member killed in action post 9-11 in the Global War on Terror.
This morning on The Rhode Show, we welcomed Erik Wallin, Executive Director of Operation Stand Down Rhode Island, and NIROPE, Ron and Pete Cardi, of Cardi’s Furniture and Mattresses.
